The building is sited on a slight rise and will be a landmark structure at the entrance to the park. A prominent all glass façade at the corner is a special feature of the building and might become the signature image for a prime tenant. A tall parapet above this glass will provide a place for highly visible signage further supporting the opportunity for on building branding.

The building will provide 68,153 square feet of rentable area on three floors. It will be of non-combustible construction, including long span steel frame and concrete floor construction.
